Morgan Securities LLC, and China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, and a cross-appeal by plaintiffs-respondents-appellants Mark Lee, Adam Franchie, Raul Araujo, Lei Liang and Kyle Buchley having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 09, 2020; and said appeal and cross appeal having been perfected, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated October 05, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal and cross-appeal are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
