TRANSACTION TO PURCHASE A HOME
A hearing on the Debtor's Motion to Approve Financial Transaction to Purchase a Home was scheduled to be held on March 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 376 before the Honorable . Laura Ferrin appeared on behalf of the Debtor, and other appearances were noted on the record. The Court, having heard the representations of Counsel, having reviewed the pleadings on file, being fully advised in the premises, and for good cause appearing, hereby
ORDERS as follows:
1. The Debtor is hereby granted approval to enter into a financial transaction with Axiom Financial, or successor lender, in the amount of $142,373.00 (@ approximately 3.75%) and in the amount of $5,597.00 (@ approximately 5.75%) to purchase a home located at 132 North 300 West, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062.
2. The Debtor shall file a change of address with the Court within 14 days of closing.
3. The Debtor shall provide a copy of the closing Settlement Statement to the Chapter 13 Trustee within three (3) days of closing.
