This cause is pending before the court upon the filing of a report by the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness. On May 11, 2012, relator, Cincinnati Bar Association, filed a motion to participate in oral argument. On May 16, 2012, applicant, Robin Leigh Burch, filed a response.
