ON RETURN TO REMAND TAYLOR, Judge. We remanded this case, 587 So.2d 435, to the circuit court to conduct a Batson hearing, after which, the court concluded that the appellant must receive a new trial. There is nothing further for this court to consider and we therefore dismiss this appeal. Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986). APPEAL DISMISSED. All the Judges concur.
