Execution Application under Section 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (as amended upto date) praying for direction to the respondents to comply with order dated 10.01.2018 passed by the Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab or honour the terms and conditions of the compromise dated 25.01.2020 (A-2) or otherwise pass an order for punishment and fine.

Learned counsel for DH has made the following statement, which has also been recorded separately:-

"Since DH has received full and final payment from JDs in view of the compromise dated 09.03.2024 Ex.EA/1. As such, I withdraw the present execution application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn"

2. In view of statement recorded, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

3. Since, the Execution Application has been dismissed as withdrawn, JDs- Prince Garg & Jeevan Garg are discharged in this case only. Bail bond and surety bond furnished in this case, if any, are hereby released. Registry is directed to issue a letter to the concerned authority to remove the lien marked in question, if any, in this case only.
