The issue raised in this petition is no more res integra in view of the order

dated 09.07.2022 passed in W.A.No.722/2019.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that

nothing survives in this petition to be decided.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. The

order dated 09.07.2022 passed in W.A.No.722/2019 shall apply mutatis mutandis

in this case also.
