Prayer made in the present petition is for seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.2-the District Magistrate, Faridabad, to consider the representation dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner.
2 On being confronted with the fact that notice under Section 13
(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and

Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, was served upon the petitioner on 10.01.2024 and thereafter, vide order dated 23.10.2024, respondent No.2 has passed an order to take physical possession of the plot in question and that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal under the said Act of 2002, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition so as to take recourse to the alternative remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
3 Disposed of as withdrawn with liberties as aforesaid.
