Ld. Advocates on behalf of the D/hr and J/drs are present. Ld. Advocate on behalf of the J/drs files a petition supported by affidavit stating inter alia that the warranty period for a duration of three years shall be applicable from the date on which AC has been installed and the date of installation has been mentioned in the petition i.e. on 09.04.24 and another copy of email as warranty also provided by the J/drs which is sealed and signed by Authorized Service Centre Voltas.
Ld. Advocate on behalf of the D/hr has received the warranty supported by affidavit which is treated as warranty card and the copy of email. So there is no grievance between the parties. So, the matter is settled.
This is full and final settlement between the parties. It is ordered that the case is disposed of on consent by the parties.
No order as to cost.
