1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
2. The instant amendment/correction application has been moved praying to amend the memo of the bail application as also the order of this Court dated 7.12.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14392 of 2023 on the ground that in the rejection order passed by the Special Court, C.B.I., court no. 2, Lucknow, Sections 67 and 67A of the IT Act were not mentioned and due to the same reason, the said sections could also not be mentioned in the memo of the bail application as well as in the bail order dated 7.12.2023 passed by this Court.
3. It is submitted that now, the amendment application has been moved before the trial court and the rejection order dated 4.11.2023 has been corrected by inserting Sections 67 and 67A of the IT Act. Thus, it is requested that the applicant may be permitted to incorporate the said sections in the bail application and thereafter, the order of this Court be also corrected.
4. Having regard to the order passed by the Special Court, C.B.I., court no. 2, Lucknow of date 11.12.2023, whereby the rejection order dated 4.11.2023 has been amended/corrected, the instant application moved on behalf of the applicant/accused- Vishal Kashyap is disposed of in terms of that learned counsel for the applicant may incorporate Sections 67 and 67A of the IT Act at appropriate places in the bail application and the order of this Court dated 7.12.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14392 of 2023 is also corrected to the tune that the 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 7.12.2023, after the words IPC, Sections 67 and

67A of the IT Act shall be inserted.
5. The necessary amendments shall be made by learned counsel for the applicant, during the course of the day.
6. This order shall remain part and parcel of the order dated 7.12.2023 and, if certified copy of the same has been issued, that would also be corrected in lieu of this order.
