Final Order / Judgement
Learned Counsel Mr. M. Agrawal is present on behalf of the Appellant and learned Counsel
Mr. K.M. Mishra is present on behalf of the Respondent.
Learned Counsels for both the Parties filed a joint memo stating that they have agreed to settle
the dispute on the condition that the Respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Appellant
within thirty days from to-day. Memo be kept in record.
Heard the Learned Counsel Mr. M.K.Agrawal is present on behalf of the Appellant and learned
Counsel Mr. K.M.Mishra is present on behalf of the Respondent.
In view of such fact the present appeal is disposed of on the terms and conditon of the joint
memo filed by the Parties.
After due compliance of above order, Statutory amount may be refunded to the Appellant on
proper identification.
