We are not satisfied at this juncture as to why the outstanding against the respondent shown in the statement of account of MSM Discovery at pages 100-101 has not been carried forward in the statement of account of MSM Media Distribution Pvt. Ltd. at page 102 when certain amount in lieu of invoices not raised earlier by MSM Discovery have been shown in the opening entry. Presently, there is no explanation as to why in the notice issued by the petitioner against the respondent, the amount of Rs. 6.00 lakhs and odd as per the first statement of account at pages 100-101 has not been included. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to seek further instructions. As prayed, one weeks' time is granted.
Post the matter under the same head on 29.03.2019 for further hearing.
