Mr. Arvind Rajotia, Advocate for the respondent-caveator. **** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL , J (ORAL) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the decision of the respondent-bank to cancel the One Time Settlement (OTS) dated 04.05.2018 (Annexure P-2).
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have approached the bank for amicable resolution of the dispute. Accordingly, prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage.
