Sanjay Karol, A.C.J (Oral):— In view of the intervening development learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to approach the authorities concerned, including Principal, G.B Pant Memorial Govt. Post Graduate College, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, H.P, for seeking permission for using play ground/premises of the college in future. Liberty reserved. Permission granted.
