The learned counsel for the appellant states that the instant appeal is covered by the Judgment rendered by us in Appeal No. 202 of 2005. Accordingly, the Appeal No. 29 of 2005 is dismissed in view of our order dated 20th December, 2006 in Appeal No. 202 of 2005.
