It has been submitted by the counsel for the appellants that the only point being raised in the present appeal is that the respondent First Appeal No.943 of 2015 No.1/complainant is insisting that the screen of the Laptop be changed from LCD to LED. However, it is very much clear from the last sub Para of Para-9 of the impugned order that the District Forum came to the conclusion that the Laptop, so purchased by the complainant, was having LCD display. In these circumstances, the submission, so raised by the counsel for the appellants, cannot be considered to be a ground for admitting the appeal for hearing the same on merits. Accordingly, the same is dismissed in limine, without prejudice to the rights of the appellants to raise this point during the application, if any, filed by the complainant for execution of the impugned order. The sum of Rs.6,000/- was deposited by the appellants at the time of filing of the appeal. This amount, along with interest which has accrued thereon, if any, shall be remitted by the registry to respondent No.1/complainant by way of a crossed cheque/demand draft after the expiry of 45 days of the sending of certified copy of the order to them.
