1. Appeal admitted.
2. Mr A.D.N Rao, Ms Manik Karanjawala and Ms Pallavi Shroff, learned counsel accept notice on behalf of Respondents 1, 3 and 7 respectively. The learned counsel appearing for the management, Respondent 7 submits that as on date only 4.95% of the shares purchased alone are in existence. In regard to these existing shares, the learned counsel undertakes not to further alienate them. We record the said undertaking.
