1. Mr. V.K. Mathur, learned counsel for the Union of India,
submits that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the
possession of the suit premises has been handed over to the
respondent-landlord on 20.01.2013.
2. In view of this, there is no need to press the presnet
misc. application on merits, which was filing seeking extension of
period for handing over such possession.
3. Accordingly, the misc. application is dismissed as not
pressed. A copy of this order be sent to the respondent-landlord
forthwith.
