For discharging the 'functions entrusted under Section 4, the Gram Panchayat Level Committee shall be subject to superintendence and guidance of the Block Level Committee and District Level Committee. The Block Level Committee shall be subject to the superintendence and guidance of District Level Committee and the Imtrict Lc:vel Committees shall be subject to the superintendence and guidance of the State Level Committee. 7. The State Government may, by notification, amend the Schedule and thereupon the said Schedule shall stand amended accordingly.
8. (l) The State Government may. by notification . make rules for carrying ir~to effect the provi~ions of this Act.
(2) All rules made under this section shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.

Y car of the Republic of India as follows :-
1. (1) This . Act may· be called the Madhya Pradesh (Lok Abhikaranon Short titl ~ Ke Madhyam Se) Dindayal Antyoday Karyakram Ka Karyanvayan Adhiniyam, -commenC:;~t.

_(2) It shall come into force on such datr. as the Stat.: Government may. by notification, •~t.
2. (1) In this Act, unless the conh:xl otherwise rcquires.-
(a) "Dinda~l Antyoday Karyakra:11" means the Karyakram specified in the Schedule ;
(b) «stete Level Committee" means a committee · con9litutcd under Section 3;
(c) "District Level Commitkc'' means a committee constituted under Section 3;
(d) "Block Level Con1mittec" means a Committee con.-thute.1~ ur,der Section 3;
(i:) "Gram Panchayat Level Committee .. meam a c-ommittr,· Nm, 1i111•('(1 under Section 3.
Deftnitlons.
(2) The words and expressions u~ but not defined in this Act and • defined in the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1990 (Nn. 13 of 1990) shall have the meaning a.~igned to them in that Act .
