An Act to amend certain enactments for the purpose of ,

W ~ A S it is expedient to amend ceriain enactments for - the purpose of charging the expenditure referred to
therein on the Consolidated Fund of the State ; It. is hmby enacted as follows :--
Short title, 1. (1) This Act may be called the I
6 extent and Consolidated Fund (Charged Expenditure) Act, 1950. commence-
ment. (2) It extends to the whole of the NaduJ.
(3) It shall be deemed to have co 1st April 1950.
