No. 19-Leg./2015.-The following Act of the Legislature of the State of
Punjab received the assent of the Governor of Punjab on the 29th Day of
April, 2015, is hereby published for general information:

ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
MAINTENANCE BOARD (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

further to amend the Punjab Ancient, Historical Monuments,
Archaeological Sites and Cultural Heritage Maintenance Board Act, 2013.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Sixty-sixth
Year of the Republic of india as follows:
1. (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Ancient, Historical short titie and
Monuments, Archaeological Sites and CulturaB Heritage Maintenance Board commencement.
(Amendment) Act, 2015.
(2) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of
its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Punjab Ancient, Historical Monuments, Archaeological Sites
and Cultural Heritage Maintenance Board Act, 2013, in section 7, for clause
(b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:
"b) for the construction/creation of the buildings of State/National
importance and repayment of loans raised for construction/creation
of the buildings of State/National importance;".
