THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (NO. 2)

ACT, 1991.

[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 12th September, 1991.] [12th September, 1991.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992.

WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992;

It is hereby enacted in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-

1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Shonti le. Act, 1991.

2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue or may be paid and appplied sums not exceeding those specified in column Rs. • 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums out8 1o,87f, 9t6h,22e,C CO West Ben. specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation Consolidated Act V of

1991. (Vote on Account) (No. 2) Act, 1991] to the sum of rupees eight thousand FuWnedst oBfe ngal one hundred eighty-seven crores ninety-six lakhs and twenty-two for the year thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in cours e 1991-92. of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992; in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.

3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria- Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for tion. the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992.
