THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (NO. 2) ACT,
1952.
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published iii the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 26th August, 1952.]
An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1953.
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1953;
It is hereby enacted as follows :-
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short title. tion (No. 2) Act, 1952.
2.
