to repeal the Rajasthan Right to Information Act, 2000.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Fifty-seventh Year of
the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title and Commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the
Rajasthan Right to Information (Repeal) Act, 2006.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 13 of 2000.- The Rajasthan Right to
Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000) is hereby repealed.
