BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Twenty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Univer- Short title sities ( Validation and Miscellaoeous Provisions ) Act, and cornmen-
