THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH (RE-ORGANISATION OF DISTRICTS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021

further to amend the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) Act,1980 (Act No. 3 of 1980).
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Seventy-Second Year of the Republic of India as follows,-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-Organisation of Short title and Districts) (Amendment) Act, 2021. commence-
(2) Itshall come into force at once. ment.
2. In the sub-section (2) of section 2 of the Arunachal Pradesh Amendment (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment) Act, 2013, (Act No. 2 of of sub-section 2014), by which sub-section (4A) was inserted in section 4 of the (4A)of Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) Act, 1980 (ActNo. 3of gection 2. 1980), (Principal Act), for the words “with district headquarter at Jamin®
appearing in last para of the sentence, the words * with district
headquarter at Palin” shall be substituted.
3. Insub-section (2) of the section 4 of the 2013 Act, by which sub-section Amendment
(2B) was inserted, in section 6 of the Principal Act, the entry, “(iv) Upper sub-section
Lekang” shall be deleted. (2B).
