Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran (Nirsan) Act, 1982

An Act to repeal the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran Adhiniyam, 1970.

It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran (Nirsan) Adhiniyam, 1982.

Section 2. Repeal of U.P. Act no. 5 of 1971

2. Repeal of U.P. Act no. 5 of 1971 On and from the commencement of this Act, the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran Adhiniyam, 1970, shall stand repealed.

1. Received the assent of the President on September 9, 1982, under Article 348 of the Constitution of India and was published in the Uttar Pradesh, Gazette Extraordinary dated September 9, 1982.
