2. Amendment at new)" 2, , Planning Act, 1975 (hereinafter ref In ncctinn 2 of the Manipur Town and Country erred 10 my the principal Act),— {0 after clause (V), the following nhall be inserted. namely,— '(v)(e) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Authority?
(ii) after clause (xxiii), the following shall be inserted, namely.— '(xxiii)(a) "Secretary" means the Secretary of'the Authority;'.
3. Amendment of section 14.— foliowing shall be substituted, namely,—

4. Amendment 0f section 29-—-—-In suh-section (3) of section 29 of the principal Act, for words "one month" the word. "twenty one ders" shall be substituted. _ 5. Amendment of section 30.—For sub-scction (1)0fsection 30 of the prin- cmal Act. the following shall be substituted, namely,——
"(1) The Authority or the Chief Town Planner or the low! authogity an

6. Amendment of section 88.—In section 88 of the principal Act, for the
