Short title and commencement; (1)

This Act

may be

called

the

Manipur (Hill

Areas)

District Councils

(Third Amendment) ^Act,

2003.

(2) ^The

Manipur (Hill

Areas)

District Councils

amendments.

(3) ^It

shall^be

deemed ^{tohave comeinto}force^with

2008.

Amendment

of section 4.—— In subsection

(2)

of section

4 of the

Act,

for the words

substituted.

Amendment
