to amend the Assam Agricultural Farming Cor- poration Act, 1973.
preamble. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Assam Agricultural Farming Corpora tion Act, 1973, hereinaf ter called the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing :

It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows J- (1) This Act may be called the Assam commence- Agricultural Farming Corporation (Amendment) n,cn t - Act, 1988.
(2) It shall have the like -extent as the principal Act.
(3) It shall come into force at once. Amendment 2. In the principal Act, after section 25,
