to amend the Assam Industrial Infrastruc ture Deve lopm ent Corporation Act, 1990.

Amendment 2. In the p rincipal Act, in section 15, in clause (ii) , in
of section is. sub-clause (c ), -
(i) in the f irst line, fo r the wo rd "either", the word s
"on its own or" shall be subst itute d ;
(ii) in the sec on d line , in be tween the wo rds
"corporate bodies" and "or", the punctua tion mark and words, "Government Dep artm ents "
shall be inserted.
Amendment 3. In the prin cipal Act, in sec tion 23, in sub -sectio n
of section 23. (3), -
(i) in the second line , in betw een the words "loan"
and "under", the word s and sign "and/or a fter mobi lizing re sources from the market" shall be inse rte d;
(ii) in the third line , for the words "fifty cro res", the wo rds "fiv e hundred cro res " shall be subs tituted.
