It is hereby enacted in the Fifty- third year of the Republ ic of India as fol lows :

(b) c lause (f) shal l be omitted ;
(ii) fo r the ex isting sub-sect ion (5), the fo llow ing shall be substituted, namely :-
"(5) The President of the Zilla Parishad shall be the Ex-Officio Chairman of Distric t Plann ing Committee."
