THE MIZORAM CLINICAL & HEALTH ESTABLISHMENT (Regulation)(Repeal) ACT, 2015
AN ACT
to repeal the Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulation) Act, 2007 (Act No. 8 of 2007).
[Which had received the assent of the Governor of Mizoram on 16th April, 2007].
It is expedient to repeal the Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulations) Act, 2007 as the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Central Act No. 23 of 2010) is in existence.
It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Mizoram in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows, namely :-
1. Short title and 1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment commencement (Regulation)(Repeal) Act, 2015.
2) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Extent of Repeal 1) The Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulation) Act, 2007 is & Saving hereby wholly repealed.
2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Central Act No. 23 of 2010).
