An Act
Further to amend the Uttaranchal (The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 in its application to the State of Uttaranchal
Be it enacted by the State Assembly in the Fifty-sixth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title, Commencement and Application
1. Short title, Commencement and Application.- (1) This Act may be called the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2005.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
(3) It shall apply to the whole State of Uttaranchal.
Section 2. Amendment of Section 2
2. Amendment of Section 2.- In section 2 of the Uttaranchal (The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002, for the words and figures, "till June 30, 2005" the words and figures, "till June 30, 2006" shall be substituted.
Section 3. Repeal & Savings
3. Repeal & Savings.- (1) The Uttaranchal (The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation & Modification Order, 2002 (Fourth Amendment) Ordinance No. 01, 2005 is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
