Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax (Amendment) Act, 1972*

An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax Act, 1966
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title and commencement
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Urban Lend Tax (Amendment) Act, 1972.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July, 1972.

Section 14. Act to override the provisions of the principal Act
14. Act to override the provisions of the principal Act.- The previsions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in the principal Act.
