An Act to further amend the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, in its application to the state of Haryana.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Haryana in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Payment of wages (Haryana Amendment) Act, 1985.

Section 2. Amendment of Section 15 of Central Act 4 of 1936

2. Amendment of Section 15 of Central Act 4 of 1936.- After the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, the following further proviso shall be added, namely:-

"Provided further that the State Government may transfer any matter from one authority to the other authority."
