An Act further to Amend the Orissa Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1987.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Orissa Advocates' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 1996.
Section 2. Amendment of Schedule
2. Amendment of Schedule.- In the Orissa Advocate' Welfare Fund Act, 1987 (Orissa Act 18 of 1987), for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
