Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 2005*

An Act further to amend the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act, 1975.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as fallows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 2005.

Section 2. Amendment of Section 3 of Haryana Act 3 of 1975

2. Amendment of Section 3 of Haryana Act 3 of 1975.- In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act, 195, for the words "eleven thousand rupees", the voids "twelve, thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
