An Act to give retrospective effect to section 2 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities Act, 1976, as amended by Haryana Act 15 of 1980.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities (Retrospective Enforcement) Act, 1980.

Section 2. Retrospective enforcement

2. Retrospective enforcement.- Section 2 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities Act, 1976, as amended by the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities (Amendment) Act, 1980 (Haryana Act 15 of 1980), shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th day of February, 1976.
