Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1972*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963.

It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1972.

Section 2. Amendment of section 2 of Gaj. XX of 1963

2. Amendment of section 2 of Gaj. XX of 1963.- In sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963 (Guj. XXII of 1963.), for the letters and figures "Rs. 5,00,00,00,000" the fetters and figures "Rs. 7,50,00,00,000" shall be substituted.
