GUJARAT ACT NO. 13 OF 2005.
(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the "Gujarat Government Gazette", on the 21stMarch, 2005).
AN ACT
to repeal certain Acts. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts; It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
1. This Act may be called the Gujarat Repealing Act, 2005.
2. The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
