Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1992*

An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act, may be called the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1992.

Section 2. Amendment of Section 85

2. Amendment of Section 85.- In the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964), it section 85, after item (iv) and before the explanation, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"(v) the acquisition, construction, building or repairing of rural dwelling houses."
