An Act Further to Amend the Andhra Pradesh Advocates' ‘Clerks’ Welfare Fund Act, 1992.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1

1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Advocates' ‘Clerks’ Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 1994.

Section 2. Amendment of section 4

2. Amendment of section 4.- In section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Advocates' Clerks' Welfare Fund Act, 1992, (Act 13 of 1992) in sub-section (3) for clause (g), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(g) a Secretary to be appointed by the Chairman in accordance with such regulations as may be made by the Committee in respect of the recruitment and conditions of service of such Secretary. He shall be paid out of the Advocates' Clerks' Welfare Fund:

Provided that the Secretary appointed under this clause shall not have the right to vote at the meetings of the Committee:

Provided further that a Secretary shall be appointed in accordance with this clause within a period of two months from the date of commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Advocates' Clerks' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 1994 and till such appointment is made the Secretary to the Bar council shall continue to be the secretary of the Committee."
