An Act to repeal the Sugarcane Control (Additional Powers) Act, 1962

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1 Received the assent of the President on 12-5-2000 and published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Part II, Section 1, dated 12-5-2000, p. 1, No. 18.

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Sugarcane Control (Additional Powers) Repeal Act, 2000.

Section 2. Repeal of Act 39 of 1962

2. Repeal of Act 39 of 1962.-The Sugarcane Control (Additional Powers) Act, 1962 is hereby repealed.
