LAKISHA PERRY, Respondent, Appellant, v. DIVISION OF FAMILY SERVICES, Petitioner, Appellee.

Carolyn Berger

Court—Family Court of the State of Delaware, in and for Kent County File No. 10-02-5TK Pet. No. 10-06429
ORDER

This 2nd day of April 2012, it appears to the Court that, on March 8, 2012, the Senior Court Clerk issued a notice to appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for her failure to file her notice of appeal within thirty days of docketing of the order being appealed. The appellant has failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required ten-day period; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b), that the within appeal is DISMISSED.

BY THE COURT:

Carolyn Berger
