LANDLORD AND TENANT § 26 — children of lessee as included in provision requiring compliance, with rules and regulations. Lessee's children were included in provision of lease requiring lessee and those occupying under him to comply with rules and regulations that lessor might make for protection of apartment building or general welfare and comfort of its occupants, as against contention that acts committed by such children, in violation of rules and regulations constituting breach of lease covenants, were not chargeable to lessee, so as to entitle lessor to terminate lease, in absence of showing that lessee authorized or ratified them.
