BOLIN, Judge.
This suit was consolidated for trial and on appeal with Luney J. Mire v. Earl Timmons, et al., 155 So.2d 265, and for the reasons assigned therein, the judgment appealed from in the instant case is affirmed at appellants' cost.
Affirmed.
