C.N.H., A CHILD, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.

ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

SHARP, W., J.

We grant the motion for rehearing to correct two scrivener's errors. On page 4 of the opinion, the last paragraph, the beginning sentence is:

The Florida Supreme Court discussed student administrative search cases in State v. J.A., 679 So. 2d 316 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996).

We correct that sentence to read:

The third district discussed student administrative search cases in State v. J.A., 679 So. 2d 316 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996).

On page 5 of the opinion the first full paragraph, with the beginning sentence of:

The Florida Supreme Court noted that random, suspicionless, administrative search of public high school students in that case was in furtherance of a valid administrative purpose.

We correct that sentence to read:

The third district noted that random, suspicionless, administrative search of public high school students in that case was in furtherance of a valid administrative purpose.

In all other respects, the motion is denied.

ORFINGER and LAWSON, JJ., concur.
