ORDER MOVING HEARING DATE ON PENDING MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

On March 22, 2017, plaintiffs filed a motion for summary judgment, noticing a hearing date of April 26, 2017. Dkt. 133. On March 29, 2017, defendant filed a motion for partial summary judgment, noticing a hearing date of May 3, 2017. Dkt. 135.
The court is not available on May 3, and it will be more efficient for both motions to be heard on the same date. Accordingly, the court ORDERS that the noticed hearing dates for both plaintiffs' and defendant's motions are hereby VACATED, and that the court shall hear both motions on May 10, 2017, in Courtroom 3, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California.
