Shiva Kirti Singh, Chairperson:— Theissue of maintainability of appeal as well as issue of limitation needs to be considered in view of order passed on 22.10.2019. In that order, a typographical error has resulted in showing C.A. No. 10 of 2019 as “CA No. 10 of 2018”. That order is corrected. The records of CA No. 10 of 2019 are available. Since Learned counsel for one of the respondents i.e. Indusind Bank, has appeared and wants to advance submission on the scope of a cross appeal and whether the appellant had an opportunity of preferring a cross appeal or not.
2. Let a copy of the memo of appeal and limitation application be furnished to the learned counsel. As prayed by him, list this matter under the same heading on 31.01.2020.
