Vide order dated 13.03.2013 passed by the Kochi Bench, it is stated that OA No. 20/2010 is identical to that of Writ Petition No. 15248 of 2007 is pending before the Jabalpur Bench, Madhya Pradesh High Court, which has already been transferred to the Lucknow Bench and is now pending there as T.A. Both these officers i.e. the petitioner as well as one Lt. Col. Raj Subash Chandra were found guilty in General Court Martial proceedings and the matter pertaining to Lt. Col. Raj Subash Chandra is pending before the Lucknow Bench, therefore, it was observed that both these cases be clubbed together as both the officers were tried on the basis of same set of evidence in joint Court Martial proceedings. Therefore, it will be proper that this petition is transferred to Lucknow Bench and heard together under intimation to the petitioner and Registrar of the Kochi Bench.
